Six Flags Adding "Rage of the Gargoyles" Virtual Reality Experience to Select Coasters for
Six Flags has decided that its line-lengthening virtual reality service just wasn't any good on some of its roller coasters. So, they decided to make a new one, and in turn, expand the collection of coasters with the eye-covering headsets. The most popular coaster to receive the new virtual reality is Demon at Six Flags Great America, one of the few parks without a coaster trashed by virtual reality. The first virtual reality service that was implemented on select coasters at many Six Flags parks was "The New Revolution," and coasters that had the service implemented were aptly renamed "The New Revolution Virtual Reality Coaster," which took place of their previous names. Now, Six Flags has came out with a new service named "Rage of the Gargoyles." It will take the place of "The New Revolution" service or will be introduced on the following coasters:
Demon at Six Flags Great America
Skull Mountain at Six Flags Great Adventure
Shock Wave at Six Flags Over Texas
Kong at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
Dare Devil Dive at Six Flags Over Georgia
Goliath at La Ronde
Ninja at Six Flags St. Louis
Steamin' Demon at The Great Escape
I personally despise virtual reality on roller coasters because lines become longer and operations are terrible, but VR can also cause motion sickness if it is not in time with the roller coaster's movement. Six Flags has not stated if it will rename the mentioned roller coasters above to "Rage of Gargoyles" or not.
