Holiday World Announces 2017 Plans - Voyage and Raven to Receive Track Work, New Restored MACK Calyp

Holiday World, found in Santa Claus, Indiana, has finally announced what their plans are for the 2017 season! In a video released today on their YouTube page, the park dropped dozens of hints as to what their plans are. The park has definitely listened to its customers, because these announcements are exactly what coaster enthusiasts and parkgoers alike have been asking for!
Holiday World officially released the details on its 2017 plans in a HoliBlog News post from earlier today. Plans announced for the 2017 season include:
Firecracker, a MACK Calypso flat ride
Track work on The Voyage and The Raven wooden roller coasters
Shade structures over Kitty’s Tea Party, Comet’s Rockets, Jungle Racer, and Otorongo
New six-story tower at Watubee family water slide
Restaurant improvements to Alamo and other outlets to enhance service, allow for new menu opportunities, and increase access to free soft drinks
2017 seems to be a really good year for one of the Midwest's leading theme parks! Holiday World will open to the public on the weekend of April 29, 2017. Holiday World has not announced any further details at this time.
