Mystic Timbers Construction Update #3: Station Construction Underway
Kings Island has completed construction on its new Great Coasters International wooden coaster, Mystic Timbers, just recently, as seen in a construction photo in an article posted to the Roller Coaster Daily Blog last month. The park is also currently constructing the station for the ride, and Kings Island released a photo today of the progress. This photo (to the right) shows that lights have been installed in the station and stairs have been built up to it. Concrete still needs to be poured for the queue and the station's wood still needs to be stained as seen in the concept art that Kings Island released when they announced Mystic Timbers. The coaster should begin testing soon.
